1. Commercial Use & Derivative Works
Upon acquiring access to the Kanna repository, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual commercial license to use, modify, and integrate this UI template into any number of internal or commercial SaaS products, personal developer portfolios, or bespoke client projects.
Restriction: You may not re-distribute, sub-license, or publish the raw source code of Kanna as a competing standalone UI template or theme marketplace item.
2. Biometric & Telemetry Non-Collection Guarantee
This website and the associated Kanna frontend template do not track, log, or transmit user inputs, IP addresses, or keystroke rhythms. All simulated sessions and authentication forms are entirely presentational.
3. Flora Asset Rights & Persona Anchors
All character artwork, lighting chambers, and visual assets bundled with Kanna were synthesized using Flora AI (GPT Image 2 and Seedance 2.5). Buyers are free to replace these assets with their own brand iconography, mascot illustrations, or retain the bundled assets in derived production builds.
